Self-hosted · for robotics teams

Turn robot recordings into training data you can trust.

Your robots already record everything they do. Ingotron sorts those recordings, flags the bad ones, and packages the good ones into a sealed dataset — on your own server.

Try it

Run a few recordings through it yourself.

Drag recordings into the furnace. The broken ones are flagged and set aside, and the good ones are sealed into a dataset you can hand to anyone.

Most robot data is still raw ore.

Teams collect hours of recordings every day. Before any of it can train a robot, someone has to sort it, check it, and stand behind it. Today, that usually means nobody.

  1. 01

Recordings pile up. Nobody can say what’s in them.

  2. 02

A broken sensor hides in the data for weeks — until training fails.

  3. 03

Someone asks “is this what you recorded?” There’s nothing to show them.

How it works

Four steps, from the robot to the proof.

Follow one recording from the robot that made it to the person who receives your dataset. Anything that fails a check is set aside — never thrown away.

  1. 01

    Collect

Robots upload what they already record — even after hours offline. Interrupted uploads pick up where they left off.

  2. 02

    Check

Every recording is split into short episodes and checked twice: Is it broken? Is it risky to train on? You see why.

  3. 03

    Choose

Pick the episodes you want. Ingotron packages them into a sealed, signed dataset and records every choice.

  4. 04

    Prove

Whoever receives it can confirm — on their own laptop, with no internet — that nothing changed. PASS or FAIL.

Tested, not promised

We ran it with the cable pulled out.

A full run — from robot recordings to a verified dataset — on a machine with its network unplugged.

0
packets left the machine during the run.
PASS
from the verifier, on the finished dataset.

The dataset loads in the open-source library, version 0.6.1.

Built to be trusted with your data.

Robot recordings are expensive to make and sensitive to share. Ingotron is designed around both.

  • Runs on your server

Everything runs on a machine you control. Your recordings never leave it.

  • Works with no internet

The whole path works on a network with no way out to the internet.

  • Flags, never deletes

A low score sets an episode aside. It’s still there when you want it.

  • Faces screened first

Camera footage is checked for people before it can be shared.

  • Every choice written down

What went into a dataset, what was left out, and why — all on record.

  • Works with LeRobot

Datasets export in a format your training code already reads.

Questions, answered plainly.

Something else on your mind? Write to hello@ingotron.com — a person answers.

Do you host our data?

No. Ingotron runs on your server — at your site, in your cloud account, or on a network with no internet at all. We never see your recordings.

Do we have to change what our robots record?

No. It works with the recordings your robots already make. Robots keep recording while offline, and uploads pick up where they left off.

Can it run with no internet?

Yes, end to end — from the robot’s upload to the recipient’s check. We tested a full run with the network cable unplugged: 0 packets left the machine.

What happens to recordings that fail a check?

They’re flagged and kept for review, with the reason written down. Nothing is ever silently deleted, and you decide what goes into each dataset.

What about people in the camera footage?

Every camera recording shows whether it has been screened for people. Unscreened footage can’t leave in a dataset unless someone on your team explicitly allows it, and that decision is recorded.

What does it need?

One Linux server with Docker. A single command brings the whole thing up.

Bring your own data

Send us a few recordings. We’ll show you what’s inside.

You get them back as sorted, checked episodes — and a sealed dataset a colleague can verify on their own laptop.
